There is a lot left to do...
The first phases of saving and finding a new home for the Griffith Residence are complete. We are now in the beginning stages of a planned two year effort to sucessfully reassemble and rehabilitate the Griffith Residence as the Belluschi Pavilion at Maryhlurst Univeristy.
The 'Friends of Belluschi at Marylhurst University' has already received over $400,000 of donations, in kind services, volunteer labor, and historical research and documentation from local buildiers, architects, fans of Belluschi and architectural historians. This includes the donation of the site at Marylhusrt University and the acquisition of the Griffith residence itself.
We are now in a planned multi-year effort to raise an additional $500,000 in cash and in-kind donations and services to successfully reasemble the Griffith Residence as the "Belluschi Pavilion at Marylhurst University."
How to Help
There are many opportunities for donations and gifts to the Friends for operating expenses, the capital campaign, or a specific program or special event. Cornerstone Contributors have a unique opportunity for signigicantly underwriting a portion of the construction and receive permanent recognition. $25,000 and up.
Contributions in one of several levels help us with engineering, planning and construction costs.

Pledges of $100 per month or more for a year are critial in helping us with ongoing operating expenses, staffing and grant writing.
Marylhurst University is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization, Federal Tax ID #93-0634049. Your contribution to the "Marylhurst Belluschi Pavilion Fund" is fully tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. A copy of our current financial statement is available upon request by contact the Development Department of Marylhurst University.
